After several months in early access and closed beta testing Square Enix today revealed that their Legacy of Kain action MMO spinoff, Nosgoth, is quickly approaching its release into open beta. The team-based free-to-play competitive MMO enjoyed a successful closed beta period with many of the industries most competitive players joining forces in the epic battle between the Legacy of Kain’s most iconic factions, the Humans and the Vampires.
Nosgoth entered closed beta testing on December 2nd 2014 but was previously available to early adopters through premium pre-release purchases. A short month after and Square Enix are looking to introduce the game to the masses with the open beta release on January 21st at 10AM Pacific, 1PM Eastern.

Aw come on, guys. This game isn’t an MMO so much as yet another team shooter, and it doesn’t have jack to do with Kain or his and Raziel’s sagas.
An ACTUAL Legacy of Kain MMO would be fantastic! 😀
