Alienware Gives Aurora Dual AMD Radeon HD 7950s; Crysis 2 Has Never Run Better

Do you like playing games at ludicrous levels of detail with 3D and multiple monitors for that crazy panoramic resolution?  Yeah, that’s the dream!  Alienware just posted this to their Facebook: “For those craving more power, the Alienware Aurora is now available with Dual AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB video cards. Get yours today!”  Under was a link to the Aurora page.  That’s 6GB of total video RAM.

I took it upon myself to make one of these monsters, for “research”, of course, with the dual cards to see how much the price would be if we kept the other parts modest (so it’s not maxed-out).  The total price came out to $2499.00.  That machine has those dual cards, an i7 3820 quad-core overclocked to 4.2GHz, 8GB 1600 DDR3, and a 1TB HDD, all of this more than enough to enjoy the latest games.

If you’are looking for a pre-built desktop, Alienware is top-notch.  This machine will look great at your workstation and leave you light years ahead of the competition.
