ArtCraft Entertainment today launched the official Kickstarter fundraising campaign for the hugely anticipated MMORPG Crowfall, and it’s off to an incredible start. In what must be approaching some sort of Kickstarter record the ArtCraft Entertainment are demonstrating the perfect timing of a big marketing campaign alongside fundraising efforts as just hours after the launch of the Kickstarter page Crowfall is already approaching $500,000 of its $800,000 funding goal.

Crowfall is described as an exciting blend of RPG mechanics alongside large-scale strategy game features that promises to deliver a new experience in the world of online gaming with one of the industries veterans at the helm J. Todd Coleman (Shadowbane, Wizard101, Pirate101)

“Crowdfunding has revolutionized the game market, allowing developers access to funds and customers. The traditional publishing model works for mass-market gaming, but fails to serve many of the more experienced and discriminating gamers. Crowdfunding allows us to serve these customers directly with experiences crafted specifically for them, using their direct feedback and funding.”
ArtCraft Co-Founder and President Gordon Walton

It’s almost guaranteed that Crowfall will reach its $800,000 goal with 29 days remaining and only $350,000 needed. If you want to pledge your support or read more on the games upcoming journey, check out the link below.
