Kingdoms of Amalur has only been on shelves for a few days, and already rumors are swirling that a second game may be in the works. And they?re not just forum rumors either?38 Studios founder Curt Schilling is fanning the fires thanks to his interview on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
During his appearance, Schilling responded to a question about a possible sequel with the words, ?Oh yeah.? While it?s far from an official confirmation or title announcement, it?s been enough to fuel game sites all over the world to dig deeper into the story and find out what exactly is going on over at 38 Studios.
We know that KoA is a precursor to the game developer?s upcoming MMORPG, codenamed Copernicus. We also know that the game?s story designer, R.A. Salvatore, created 10,000 years of history for the franchise?there?s ample opportunity for more games.
