RDGSoft AB recently revealed details surrounding the upcoming alpha release and pre-order program for the truly innovative zombie survival MMO, Lifeless. RDGSoft are an indie company in every sense of the word. Braving the cut-throat gaming space as both the developer and publisher of Lifeless, removing the pressure applied by big-name publishers for pay-to-win micro-transactions and other MMO nasties.
Players will be able to pre-purchase Lifeless this week, starting Thursday July 24th. The development team will also be attending the NärCon convention in Sweden where they’ll be offering one of the first opportunities to play Lifeless with a chance of getting a discount code for your troubles. If you choose to pre-order Lifeless you’ll be guaranteed a copy of the game once the public alpha launches on August 25th, at the latest. The standard version will be available for $25 with the potential of a deluxe version at some point in the future.
