Following on from the hugely successful launch of 99the One Tamriel update ZeniMax Online Studios today kicked of the official Halloween celebrations for The Elder Scrolls Online, Tamriel style, as the annual Witches Festival makes a return. Running throughout the month of October demonologists, conjurors, lamias, warlocks, and thaumaturgists will gather in secret locations hidden throughout the world of Tamriel as they engage in all sorts of dark arts and magic.
During the event players will be able to turn themselves into a member of the Undead. This provides a 100% XP boost to all players in the party and provides the opportunity to unlock event-exclusive achievements, the Hollowjack motif, special masks and some super spooky loot.
