Top MMO Developers Unite For Kids With Cancer

Some of the biggest and most successful developers in the MMO space are joining forces in a new “Scare to Care” campaign to raise funds for Camp Kesem, a unique camp for children of cancer victims. The campaign will be active across many of today’s top MMO networks and will see developers playing alongside players as an exciting list of gaming goodies are offered to donators and viewers.

“Last year we raised over $21,000 to benefit Camp Kesem and for the
first time, we’re teaming up with some of the top gaming companies in
the world to help us raise funds,” said Vernon Shaw, co-founder and
organizer for Scare to Care. “While not all of the games will be scary,
all of the developers are huge fans of horror. As gamers and horror
fans, Scare to Care lets us stream the games we love for a good cause.”

Grinding Gear Games, Gazillion Entertainment, Runic Games and Cryptic Studios are just some of the big names joining the charity drive with exciting giveaways supported by Razer, Hi-Rez Studios and Telltale Games.
