Ubisoft today offered fans of Tom Clancy’s The Division a sneak peek at post-launch plans for the highly anticipated title as the Xbox One Beta is in full swing with the PlayStation 4 and PC Beta scheduled to begin tomorrow.
The online open world RPG third-person shooter hybrid offers an immersive main story but the bulk of the content is designed to keep players engaged for months on end with a heavy focus on end-game content and max-level variety. The team today announced their post-launch plans to support the game and keep the content fresh for players, including new features and 3 major expansions that will be included in the Season Pass.
The 3 expansions will be released over the course of a year and will expand both the main story and the features and content available to players.
• Expansion I: Underground
This first major expansion opens a new territory to players as they explore the uncharted underworld of New York City with up to 3 friends for intense co-op action.
• Expansion II: Survival
In this expansion, the whole map turns into a Dark Zone for a hardcore multiplayer experience. Stay tuned for more information.
