Exciting Content Heading To GTA Online This Spring

Rockstar Games today announced a series of exciting updates aimed at introducing new content and fixes to the manic world of Grand Theft Auto Online. Kicking off the exciting Spring list of updates is the Capture addition to the community Creator. This new option will allow players to create customized Capture missions alongside the already massive list of over 5 million community created deathmatch modes and races.

Other content heading to Grand Theft Auto Online includes the High Life Update pack. Players will be able to purchase 3 new lavish cars, all new high-end apartments, a new motorcyle and a Bullpup Rifle. Rockstar Games also announced the next stage in their efforts to punish RP exploiters who’s creative techniques have seen the use of hacks, DNS redirects and changing of cloud files.

As
part of our ongoing commitment to target cheaters and keep the game as
fair as possible, we are closing RP exploits and will be adjusting the
RP totals of players who we know for certain to have gained illegitimate
RP by cheating. Your RP will only be adjusted if you participated in
mods, hacks, DNS redirects, manipulation of cloud files, or other
similarly nefarious behavior. If you grinded short legitimate missions
or otherwise gained a small amount of RP without modding,
your RP should not be affected by this correction.

And finally, the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Rockstar Games have confirmed that Heists will finally enter Grand Theft Auto Online later this Spring. Although for many of us, it’s too late to care.
