Gaijin Entertainment, the developers behind the hugely popular War Thunder, today announced that they are the first in a CIS territory to walk away with an award following this years Gamescom event. Gamescom has long been one of the biggest events in the European gaming calender with awards selected by a jury that consists of the top critics from the most respected US and EU media outlets.
War Thunder walked away with the “Best Simulation” award following an impressive display in Cologne. Currently available as an open beta title on PC, and recently announced as a PlayStation 4 MMO, War Thunder has already attracted over 3 million fans.
