Psyonix today announced the addition of brand new Twists and Rare Items alongside the Snow Day Mutator and Winters Games event for the increasingly popular, adrenaline fueled online car-combat soccer title, Rocket League. The Rocket League community, that is now more than 8 million strong worldwide, will be served up an extra helping of Christmas cheer this holiday season with a number of exciting additions to the Rocket League universe.
Beginning Monday, December 4th, the Snow Day Mutator will replace the previously announced hockey-inspired mutator in the Mutator Mashup online playlist. Players will skate and skid across an ice covered field with the ball being replaced by a disc-shaped hockey puck.
Finally players that play Rocket League between December 14th and January 4th will have the opportunity to pick up a variety of exciting new Christmas items including new Trails, Toppers and Antenna’s.
