Moments ago Rockstar Games updated their official blog post detailing upcoming Grand Theft Auto Online updates with new information regarding the GTA Stimulus Package and character loss update. The $500,00 was expected to be distributed to players a little sooner but Rockstar want to ensure that they have addressed all of the issues surrounding lost character progress before they dish out the cash.
Currently,
we expect the next title update (1.05) addressing player progress loss
issues to be available sometime early next week. Following that, we hope
to deliver everyone?s GTA$ Stimulus Package
before the end of next week. A big thank you to GTA Online players
worldwide for your continued patience and understanding and we will
continue to keep you all updated.
It’s not exactly the large update we were all hoping for, but at least they’re making sure the players know what’s going on. Following the fixes players can expect the Beach Bum vehicles and content creator to finally hit GTA Online.
