GameArt Studio launched the Kickstarter campaign for the futuristic racing MMO Quantum Rush but despite 42 days on the board they were unable to secure a successful Kickstarter campaign. The game promises to deliver a blend of Mario Kart and Wipeout with its unique combination of weaponry, futuristic race tracks and innovative game modes.
The original Kickstarter launched on August 27th and ended earlier today, October 7th, securing a meager $5,463 of their $100,000 goal. Despite this the developers have revealed that the game will still launch, albeit with less features than previously mentioned during the Kickstarter campaign.
GameArt Studio have announced that players can still support the game morally and financially by visiting the official website. Donations in dollars will be accepted until October 11th but anyone looking to invest past that point will have to support the game using GBP (you know, real money).
