Psyonix, an independent video-game publisher and developer, today announced the immediate release of the highly anticipated Revenge of the Battle-Cars DLC for the increasingly popular worldwide hit, Rocket League. Revenge of the Battle-Cars is now available for players to purchase either on Steam or via the PlayStation network, currently set at a retail price of $3.99 – or the equivalent for your region.
The DLC includes two fan-favorite vehicles from Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars, Rocket League’s not quite as successful predecessor, the Zippy and Scarab vehicles. And dozens of other unlockable items including new paint types, toppers, antennas, wheel, trophies, achievements, rocket trails, the works.
The update also introduces 2 new environments to play in, a variation of Urban Station and Utopia Coliseum – which are both available for free regardless of whether you purchase the DLC or not. Several new antennas and community flags are also another aspect of free content with the Revenge of the Battle-Cars DLC.

I love the game, but I don’t like the paid DLC in Rocket League. I wish they would focus on new game modes or new maps (different shapes, not just different skyboxes and arenas)
