Do you return to games that you’re not crazy about in hopes that something has changed? Or do you sometimes go back and re-try something to see what you’ve missed?
At what point do you consider yourself at expert at any game? Why do you consider yourself that? How long did it take before you thought you were an expert?
So what was your favorite part about PAX East? Even if you didn’t go, what big news came out that you were most excited about? What game companies impressed you the most at this year’s expo?
“Insert annoying friends name here” has just invited you to play “insert really crap game here”. That is currently the extent of my online social experience in relation to MMO gaming.
MMO gamers are just as diverse as the huge choice in the MMO game market today. We all like different things, enjoy different aspects and prefer different genres. But what do you consider to be your favorite aspect of MMO gaming?
This week Kirk and Reina take on the Infuriatingly evil Cat Mario. Cat Mario is well known for causing massive fits of rage and often-times makes players want to throw their computer out the window of their third story bedroom. Cat Mario is plain evil, and he doesn’t care if you think so.
What are your thoughts? Are we as MMO gamers ready for the sandbox approach? Or do we crave the gentle experience provided by today’s typical MMO approach?

Off the top of my head I can think of PAX East, GDC (Game Developers Conference), Wondercon, E3, Comic Con (there are a few), PAX Prime, Blizzon, SOE Live, Anime Expo, Comikaze and more that i’m sure to have missed. Do you go to any of these events?
