Aeria Games, one of the leading global publishers of free-to-play online MMORPG games, today revealed new details on the huge array of PvE content on display in the upcoming fantasy MMO, Echo of Soul. The developers hope to attract players with meaningful, sophisticated multiplayer content surrounding PvE with diverse environments, dynamic boss battles and challenging dungeons.
Social gamers will flock to the Party and Infinite Dungeon challenges and play modes with the lone wolves of the MMO world will feel right at home with the uniquely challenging Solo Dungeon mode. Party Dungeon mode will see players gather in groups of 5 before attacking various enemy strongholds such as the Lost Crypt and the Promethean Giant’s Hideout. The developers have deliberately avoided a designated healing class in the game, making the team-based content in Party Dungeon mode challenging in new and exciting ways.
Solo Dungeon mode challenges adventurers to brave a deadly variety of environmental hazards on their journey, navigating through a variety of traps such as damaging pools and deadly poison gas. The reward however will be more than worth the effort as the boss battles within are guaranteed to drop items solely for the class of the player.

I’m looking forward to it. A little unconvinced, but I do like the style, even if it ultimately just looks sort of traditional. Still, Aura Kingdom is very traditional too and is pretty great, so if EoS is as good as it’s supposed to be, I’ll be happy 🙂
