Digital Extremes today announced the release of one of the most exciting updates in the history of Warframe with the introduction of brand new MMO-like social hubs, Relays. The AAA quality of Warframe has helped ensure the games success on the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms, and that success is sure to continue with the release of Relays, the 337th update since the original beta release of Warframe.
The new Relays will act as a central hub for all Warframe players as they dock their Liset and stroll through security to explore a whole new take on the Warframe universe. Players will be able to trade with new NPC’s with a vast array of special items and rare equipment pieces, many of which were not previously available to the community.
The Relays update was already available to PC players following a recent patch update but today marks the first opportunity that PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players will have to explore the new Relays feature.
