The realm of Silverfrost Mountains issues a challenge to Blade & Soul players today as Update 2.1, Shattered Empire, is now live and introduces a variety of new content including difficult new dungeons, an additional section to Mushin’s Tower and a new objective-based PvP game mode that supports 6v6 teams.
The Shattered Empire is a free update and brings with it Cold Storage and Sogun’s Lament, two new daily dungeons that offer end-game players an increased challenge for better rewards. The Spring Bounty XP Event is now also live, running from April 27th to May 11th. Players can earn additional experience with the following bonuses applied:

- +50% XP from defeating NPC enemies/monsters
- +50% XP from daily quests
- +100% Guild Points from gathering/crafting

The Bounty XP Event bonuses also stack with other available XP bonuses, including those provided with a Premium Membership.
