Australian customers who prepaid for Diablo 3 at GAME and did not receive their copy will be credited by Blizzard for the amount they paid! Additionally, the Halo 4 box art has been released, SCEA has spoken out against the blocking of used games on next-gen consoles, and Steam gift cards are confirmed to be sold in GameStops starting today!

Looks like Diablo 3 will be a very popular game. Over the weekend, Diablo 3 was turned into a free open beta to everyone. The Community Manager for Blizzard, Bashiok, tweeted saying that there was a total of 300k concurrent players.

Diablo 3 Declaration: Free Starter Edition leaks

Looks like the posters on the Diablo 3 forums have found that they were able to download and play the unannounced Diablo 3 Starter Edition early this morning (without the use of Beta Codes). Unfortunately it was a fly-by-night since Blizzard promptly shut down the Battle.net site for maintenance at 8:45am EST. It gives fans a glimmer of hope to see what could potentially come in the future.

New York is said to be removing registered sex offenders from online gaming networks such as Xbox Live ?Xbox Live being the only one specifically mentioned by Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. This is the very first time any sex offense laws have ever affected gaming services.

Diablo III coming to Xbox and PS3?

Diablo III is set to be released on store shelves on May 15th for the PC. The title could potentially be making its way to the Xbox and PS3 consoles after Blizzard?s debut for it on PC is finished. There is still no confirmation, but the COO, Paul Sams, stated that the company would ?[continue] to explore? the possibility of a console port.
