Cabal

Cabal

Cabal Online is a free-to-play, 3D massively-multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), developed by South Korean company ESTsoft. The game takes place in a mythical world known as Nevareth, which was destroyed by an evil entity known as the CABAL. Out of the survivors, six “Masters” rose up, each wielding the abilities of the “Force Power”. These masters taught the people, and Nevareth was rebuilt. Years later, the CABAL is plotting a return to power, and the characters of the game take up the role of heroes who battle the CABAL uprising and conspiracy.

Although Cabal Online is free-to-play, the game has a “Cash Shop” which allows players to purchase game enhancements and useful ingame items using real currency.

The game features an interactive combat system that utilizes a combination of attacks to deliver blow after blow in both NPC and PvP battles.  There is a dynamic character-creation tool with more than 200 options to fully customize your avatar.  More than 300 dungeons are featured throughout Nevareth with highly original and challenging quest designs to explore.

Start off your adventure in one of the game?s three newbie towns and explore the large fantasy world of Cabal Online. The game?s six playable classes are:

Warrior – As the name applies, the ?warrior? is the standard tank / melee character. The warrior relies entirely on his strength and uses the two handed sword as his main weapon.

Blader – Bladers are proficient at using dual swords and can deal damage very quickly but have incredibly low hit points. They are strong PvE characters, as they have high defense.

Wizard – The Wizard is the standard offensive spell caster archetype in Cabal. They can deal massive damage from a distance but are vulnerable to attacks in melee range. They have the lowest hit points in the game.

Force Blader ? Force bladers are proficient with both spell casting and melee swords. They are quick and agile and can do a great deal of damage very quickly, but are unable to wear heavy armor. They are regarded as one of the best ?pvp? classes.

Force Shielder – Force Shielders are the standard ?tank? archetype in Cabal, they have the best defensive capabilities, but relatively weaker damage than the other melee classes in the game. They are capable of using both defensive and offensive magic and are considered strong ?PvE? characters.

Force Archer – As the name applies, the Force Archer is the generic ?archer? character in Cabal Online.

C21 Online

C21 Online Steel Battle Chronicles C21

C21 Online is an action MMORPG by Cyber Step Inc. The game features an online world that’s inhabited by advanced robots who have developed hearts and feelings (this is very important, i think). Anyways, the evil Devil Robots numbers have been thinning, which means it’s time for The Good Robots (unofficially titled) to take back the Cosmic Renaissance, which is the entire galaxy in this game.

Basically the game has players taking on the roles as robots, which can be customized by the players using component parts like: head, body, arms, legs and booster parts, as well as decide what your visual appearance and colors look like. The game has various enemies and missions to take part in, and honestly, I’ve written too much, you probably shouldn’t play this game.

The reign of King Valcroy, after the defeat of the Undead and the evil Ice Queen, was a golden age of peace and prosperity. For many generations, Vidalia was the center of trade, commerce, and protection from the outlying lands beyond the influence of the Vidalian Monarchy.

That was until the warrior queen, Hitomi VII, was assassinated without a direct heir to the throne. Nephews, cousins, uncles, all laid claim to the throne and the unity of the kingdom was quickly torn asunder. Queen Hitomi?s nephew, Prince Rycroft, a ruthless and power-hungry man, but a man with the strongest claim to the throne, was able to take control of the capital city of Everglade and proclaimed himself King of all Vidalia. While the city itself is mostly stable, constant threats from rival claimants and enemy outlying lands has led to constant battle and a need for a steady stream of warriors ready to support the claims of King Rycroft and bring stability back to the realm.

BloodRealm is a collectible card game where players will build custom decks of incredibly detailed heroes and monsters and battle opponents to the death.  The battles in BloodRealm are turn based, which means each turn you and your opponent will gain “mana” in which to summon allies and “blood” in which to activate special abilities.  Your deck can contain a maximum of 24 cards of which to use.  Cards have their own set of effects that can turn the tides of battle.  Some of these effects are permanent, and others remain only for a set number of turns.

To master the game you will need to manage your goals and strategies and figure out the best way to attack and counter-attack your enemies.  Mastering all the cards is something that only the best players will be able to handle.

Bloodline Champions

Bloodline Champions is a free to play 3D arena-based PvP MMO game published by Funcom. The game is best described as being similar to that of League of Legends and Dota 2, but has a very unique way of handling the MOBA genre. Bloodlines is a more skill-based game. Instead of relying on killing creeps and controlling lanes the game is much more skill based. Critical hits and passive buffs don?t exist, healing and damage spells need to be manually aimed with a deft touch, and teamwork matters more than ever.

Bloodline Champions is a player vs. player arena game where players engage in short, intense battles of up to ten players divided into two teams. Each player must take control over one of several different bloodlines, each with their own unique weapons and abilities. The game can be described as quite easy to learn, but when it comes to mastering the game, it becomes a whole new beast. There are many different maps and game modes, each requiring different tactics to learn. Good teamwork is very important in Bloodline Champions and will determine the outcome more than not. Spells travel towards where the player aim their mouse cursor, and can be avoided by enemy players, making every ability dependent on individual player skill. There is no mana and the cooldowns are short, ensuring that every match is full of intense, adrenaline-filled action.

Bleach Online

Bleach Online

Bleach Online is a browser-based, strategy MMORPG from GoGames set in the popular Bleach manga/anime universe. The game is considered non-canon as any of the events in the game occur independent of the original manga series. In the game, you play as one of six selectable characters from three available classes. The game opens with your character waking up after a 1,000 year slumber on a strange Human World with no memories of who/where you are. It’s up to you to interact with many of the Bleach Universe’s most popular characters to regain your memories and save your friends who get mistaken as rebels!

As is standard fare for many MMORPGs of the browser genre, Bleach Online requires very little in terms of actual player involvement. It follows in the same vein as games such as Knight’s Fable, Angel Alliance and League of Angels, where the narrative plays out as less of a game and more as an interactive story book. Players will auto-path to their quest destinations and will watch battles play out automatically. Fans of this style of gameplay will feel right at home in Bleach Online’s colorful, gorgeously-animated world — permitting that they can put up with poor localization. Grammatically poor sentences are by no means a deal-breaker, but they do nothing to help the game’s already shallow immersion.

Giving credit where it’s due, Bleach Online allows the player to choose the formation of their team for battle, thereby altering how some battles might play out. This feature, coupled with equipment upgrades and modifications, gives the player the opportunity to maximize their Battle Power (the accumulation of factors such as health, defense, health, etc and the sole determining factor for battles). This is important not only for the game’s main quest, but also for MMO features like PvP and guilds.

Being a free to play MMORPG, Bleach Online does incorporate microtransactions, which help players progress faster or unlocks features, like the ability to skip battle sequences entirely. While limiting certain features via paywall is obnoxious, it doesn’t necessarily hinder the overall experience. In fact, purchasable add-ons never feel forced or obligatory for progression.

While Bleach Online doesn’t bring anything new to the genre, fans of the manga/anime series may find enjoyment in interacting with the series’ characters. Even those new to the universe will find a decent story (if not somewhat incoherent) and beautiful graphics/animations to keep them entertained for a decent chunk of time. That said, hardcore gamers looking for anything more than a superficial, extreme-casual experience should probably look elsewhere.
