Demon Souls will be offline at the end of May
ATLUS, the developer of Demon Souls has officially announced that the servers of Demon Souls will be shut down completely at the end of May. After countless extensions, they have made the decision to end it on May 31st, 2012 at 11:59pm PST or 2:59am EST on the following day. ATLUS ‘regrettably’ states that they can no longer sustain the servers and that “now the end draws near” after almost three years of the Demon Souls servers being online.
Bethesda re-releasing Quake 4 on PC and Xbox 360
The seven year old game Quake 4 will be re-released by Bethesda on Xbox in June, it has been announced. The game was developed by Raven Software in collaboration with the series creator id Software for the publisher Activision. What will this mean for the previously released games? What will this ‘new’ release have to offer?
Kinect-Powered dragon shouts, more coming to Skyrim
Bethesda looks like they are improving the Skyrim game even further and adding more personalization to it with the sound of the player’s voice. With the new and free update for the Xbox 360 version of Skyrim, you are able to use the Kinect that supports over 200 voice commands. The download is set to release this month.
