World of Warcraft – Patch 5.0.4 Is Now Live

The new update for the fantasy MMORPG, World of Warcraft, has been released as of today. The patch has brought the game to a new version of 5.0.4 and offers a variety of different things to the game. These updates are not strictly for the continent of Pandaria either. Here is the list of things that Blizzard will be adding to the game just before it?s Pandaria release: General ? Account-wide Achievements, pets, and mounts ? In Patch 5.0.4 and beyond, the majority of your character’s Achievements, pets, and mounts will be shared with your other characters. ? Please read: Bringing Achievements to the Account Level, by Greg “Ghostcrawler” Street ? World Event: Attack on Theramore Isle ? Warchief Garrosh, obsessed with assuring the Horde?s supremacy over Kalimdor, launches an all-out attack against Jaina’s island home of Theramore. Though valiant Alliance defenders rush to repel the sudden onslaught, they?ll soon find themselves unprepared for the terrible scope of Garrosh’s true plans? ? This Scenario will become available in the weeks leading up to the launch of Mists of Pandaria on September 25.

Ran Online: New ?Assassin? Class Revealed

Ran Online, the campus-based 3D MMORPG released the artworks of their 7th class ?Assassin?. The class is optimized for PvP combats. The story behind how the assassins came to be is as follows: ?Saint Foundation’s campuses have been isolated due to the phenomenon that hit the world. There were secret agents who only took orders from Dr. TK, the founder of the Saint Foundation. After Dr. TK had gone missing, they speculated invasion and raid of Another World to this isolated and chaotic world quietly on the side and realized that the three campuses in dispute for the resources must unite together to end the chaos.

Spirit Tales? The Summer of Love Begins!

Otherland Weekend Beta Begins August 31st

Fans of the action MMORPG developed by RealU, Otherland, should be marking down this upcoming weekend on their calendars. Only a few selected players will be able to try out the game this weekend. Florian H?rpel, Product Manager for Otherland: “A small, manageable group of accounts will be given access to the servers for the first closed-beta weekend. This is because we want to get a feel for the limits of the systems.” Otherland is based off of a novel written by Tad Williams.
